Rapport Financial offers two ways to work together. Our Private Client Model combines comprehensive financial planning with ongoing investment management for clients with $1 million or more in assets under management. Our Financial Planning Service provides comprehensive planning on a fixed-fee basis, with no asset minimum. Both are designed for owners of service-based businesses and equity stakeholders who want coordinated advice across their business and personal financial lives.
Our most comprehensive service pairs Rapport's in-house financial planning and investment management with a curated roster of vetted outside professionals, all coordinated by your advisor.
| Assets under management | Annual rate |
|---|---|
| Up to $1 million | 1.20% |
| More than $1 million up to $5 million | 1.00% |
| More than $5 million up to $10 million | 0.75% |
| More than $10 million | 0.50% |
The applicable annual rate is applied to the entire account value and is not calculated incrementally.
Held-Away Accounts: When Rapport is engaged to provide non-discretionary management of eligible held-away assets, such as a 401(k), those assets are charged an annual fee of 0.50%. Additional requirements apply, as described in our Form ADV.

Our investment management approach is backed by decades of financial and academic research. It's disciplined, evidence-based, and lets markets, not predictions, do the work.
This isn't guesswork or a gut feeling about where markets are headed next. We build portfolios on decades of financial and academic research, staying disciplined rather than chasing performance or trying to time the markets.
We use low-cost, factor-based strategies from firms including Dimensional Fund Advisors and Avantis, alongside index funds from Vanguard, BlackRock, and State Street. Keeping costs down is one of the few things an investor can actually control, and it compounds meaningfully over time. We stay disciplined on fund expense ratios and on the taxes you pay along the way.
For appropriate, eligible clients, we provide access to carefully evaluated alternative and sophisticated strategies, including offerings from Blackstone and AQR, long/short SMAs, and direct indexing. Availability varies, and each strategy is considered within the context of the client's broader portfolio and financial plan.
We have built relationships with vetted outside professionals across the areas that frequently intersect with our clients' financial lives. When outside expertise is needed, we help identify an appropriate professional and coordinate their work with the broader financial plan.
